YOUR YEAR, CONNECTED
Continuity with a program physicianScheduled virtual consultationsLabs and plan refinementSecure non-urgent messagingPERSONAL MEDICINE, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE
Most care starts with a symptom and ends with a short appointment. This program is different. A dedicated program physician takes time to understand your health history and labs alongside the way you actually live—your routines, sleep, movement, work, hobbies, responsibilities, preferences, and long-term goals.
That context becomes the foundation for a practical, physician-led longevity plan. As new information emerges and your life changes, your physician can revisit priorities, review progress, and refine the plan with you across the year.
YOUR GOALS, SEEN TOGETHER
You may arrive focused on one concern. Your program physician looks at the complete picture—health history, symptoms, laboratory findings, medications, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and the priorities that matter to you.
Evaluate changes alongside nutrition, hormonal and metabolic context, medication history, and other possible contributors.
Build around cardiometabolic health, strength, mobility, prevention, and sustainable daily habits.
Explore potential contributors to low energy or disrupted sleep and create next steps based on the findings.
Review training, recovery patterns, sleep, nutrition, mobility, and injury history as one connected picture.
Connect laboratory data, lifestyle, medical history, and clinician-directed options into one coordinated strategy.
Medication and peptide-based therapy are possible tools—not a predetermined starting point or guaranteed part of every plan.
WHAT SHAPES YOUR PLAN
Your plan is built from clinical information and the realities of your everyday life.
Your physician reviews your health history, available lab results, current routines, sleep, movement, work, hobbies, and the goals that matter to you.
Together, you build a practical longevity roadmap that considers your schedule, preferences, responsibilities, and capacity for lasting change.
Your physician may recommend follow-up labs, lifestyle changes, or treatment options when clinically appropriate and legally available in your location.
Regular conversations and updated health information help your physician evaluate progress and thoughtfully refine the plan throughout the year.
LAB COORDINATION, CLOSER TO HOME
When your physician determines testing is appropriate, the care team can help coordinate lab collection and bring results into your ongoing review. At-home collection may be available in some locations; otherwise, testing may be completed through a nearby laboratory.
A YEAR WITH PURPOSE
The exact cadence is individualized and confirmed before enrollment.
Begin with a short application so the team can understand your goals, location, and whether this high-touch program may be a fit.
Meet one-to-one with your program physician for a deeper conversation about your history, routines, challenges, interests, and vision for your health.
When clinically appropriate, the care team coordinates relevant testing and gathers the information needed to establish a thoughtful baseline.
Your physician develops a plan that may include lifestyle priorities, monitoring, and treatment options—including peptides only when medically appropriate and legally available.
Routine consultations create a steady rhythm for reviewing results, discussing how the plan fits your life, and making clinically appropriate adjustments.

CLINICAL STANDARDS COME FIRST
Your program physician exercises independent clinical judgment. Enrollment does not guarantee treatment, medication, peptides, a prescription, or a particular result.
PROGRAM QUESTIONS
It means your physician begins with you—not a product list. Your history, labs, routines, sleep, movement, work, hobbies, and goals help shape an evolving plan. Peptides or other medications are considered only when your physician determines they are medically appropriate and legally available.
No. This is not a pre-set peptide package or a promise of any particular prescription. Your physician independently determines what, if any, treatment is appropriate after reviewing your complete clinical picture.
No. The program begins with an individualized clinical evaluation. Peptide-based therapy, medication, testing, referrals, and lifestyle recommendations are considered only when appropriate for the individual. Treatment and specific outcomes are never guaranteed.
It means scheduled virtual consultations and secure non-urgent portal messaging with a physician who knows your program and follows its progress. It does not mean continuous or emergency availability, and the program does not replace primary care or emergency services.
No. At-home collection may be coordinated where qualified services are available, but availability varies by location, test, scheduling, and applicable requirements. Some members may need to visit a nearby laboratory instead.
Not necessarily. Labs, medications, pharmacy fees, shipping, devices, supplements, and other third-party services may cost extra unless your written membership scope specifically says they are included. You will receive the final program scope before enrollment.
The program is designed around continuity. A full year gives you and your physician time to establish a baseline, build a realistic plan, observe patterns, review updated information, and make thoughtful adjustments rather than treating care as a one-time transaction.
No. No responsible medical program can guarantee a prescription, a specific outcome, disease prevention, or a longer lifespan. The program is designed to support informed, individualized care and sustainable health decisions under a physician’s guidance.
