ONLINE HORMONE HEALTH CARE

Understand what changed.
Decide what comes next.

Hormone care is available for women and men. Changes in sleep, energy, mood, body composition, menstrual cycles, testosterone-related concerns, or sexual health can have more than one explanation. WellOraMD starts with your history, your symptom pattern, and clinician-directed testing when it may help clarify the next step.

Male and female clinicians availableShare your clinician preference during secure intake. Matching depends on state licensure, clinical fit, and availability.
Treatment and prescriptions are never guaranteed. A licensed clinician independently determines what care is appropriate.

SIGNALS, NOT ASSUMPTIONS

Your symptoms are information.
Not a diagnosis.

Hormone-related concerns can overlap with sleep disruption, stress, nutrition, medications, metabolic health, and other conditions. Your story helps a clinician decide what is worth evaluating.

01

Sleep & temperature changes

Describe disrupted sleep, night sweats, hot flashes, or other changes—and when you first noticed them.

02

Energy & recovery

Fatigue and slower recovery can have many causes. Your clinician reviews the pattern instead of assuming the answer.

03

Mood & focus

Share changes in concentration, motivation, irritability, or mood alongside sleep, stress, medications, and health history.

04

Cycles & life-stage changes

Menstrual changes, perimenopause, and menopause concerns are considered in the context of your symptoms and medical history.

05

Sexual health

Libido and sexual-function concerns deserve a respectful evaluation that considers hormonal and non-hormonal contributors.

06

Body composition

Changes in weight, strength, or body composition are reviewed alongside lifestyle, metabolic health, medications, and other factors.

These concerns can have many causes. Symptoms alone do not establish a hormone condition.

CONTEXT BEFORE CONCLUSIONS

A lab value is a clue—
not the conclusion.

When testing is appropriate, your clinician interprets results alongside the rest of your health. Isolated numbers are not a shortcut to diagnosis or a predetermined treatment.

01
Symptoms and timing

What changed, how it affects daily life, and what else was happening at the time.

02
Health and family history

Relevant conditions, past care, risk factors, and preventive priorities.

03
Current medications

Prescription medicines, supplements, and treatments that may affect symptoms or options.

04
Relevant results

Testing is selected only when it can help answer a clinical question.

05
Risks, goals and follow-up

A plan should make sense for your health—not just move a number into range.

Testing and treatment are individualized and never guaranteed.

DIFFERENT QUESTIONS, DIFFERENT CONTEXT

Care for more than
one life stage.

No two symptom patterns—or priorities—are exactly alike. The evaluation is shaped around the questions relevant to you.

01

Women’s hormone health

Discuss cycle changes, vasomotor symptoms, sleep, mood, sexual health, bone-health considerations, and other concerns with a clinician who reviews risks and options in context.

02

Men’s hormone health

Low energy, strength changes, sexual-function concerns, and other symptoms require an appropriate evaluation. A single symptom or lab result does not determine treatment.

03

Sexual health & broader questions

Bring forward the concerns that affect your quality of life. Your clinician can assess potential contributors and explain which next steps may be useful.

Prefer a male or female clinician? Tell us during secure intake. We will honor your preference when possible based on location, licensure, clinical needs, and availability.

CARE AS A CONVERSATION

Build from evidence.

YOU01

Describe the pattern

Share symptoms, timing, goals, medications, and health history through secure intake.

CLINICIAN02

Evaluate the context

A licensed clinician reviews the information, consults with you, and identifies the questions that matter.

WHEN USEFUL03

Test with a purpose

Testing may be ordered when the result could help inform the clinical decision.

YOUR PLAN04

Receive a clear next step

Your plan may include education, monitoring, referral, practical changes, or treatment when appropriate.

CLARITY IS THE FIRST GOAL

Treatment is one possible outcome.

A useful plan may include education, practical health changes, monitoring, follow-up testing, referral, or prescription therapy when a clinician determines it is medically appropriate and available in your location. Online intake does not diagnose a condition or guarantee medication.

AFTER THE APPOINTMENT

Your care continues.
Your updates stay together.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Start with clarity.
Keep your questions.

Do my symptoms automatically mean a hormone imbalance?

Not automatically. Fatigue, sleep changes, mood changes, weight changes, cycle changes, and sexual-health concerns can have many causes. A licensed clinician evaluates your history and any appropriate testing before identifying a likely cause or recommending care.

Will I need laboratory testing?

Not everyone needs the same tests. Your clinician determines whether testing could meaningfully inform a decision, selects any appropriate tests, and interprets completed results alongside your symptoms and health history.

Am I guaranteed hormone therapy?

No. Intake, testing, payment, or a consultation never guarantees a prescription. Your plan may include education, monitoring, lifestyle guidance, referral, follow-up testing, or prescription therapy when a clinician determines it is medically appropriate and available in your location.

Can I message my care team between visits?

The secure member portal provides an appropriate route for non-urgent care questions, appointment updates, released reports, and plan information. It is not continuously monitored and is not an emergency service.

Can I request a male or female clinician?

Yes. You may share a preference during secure intake. WellOraMD works with male and female clinicians and will honor preferences when possible. Matching depends on your location, clinician licensure, clinical fit, and availability.

What if another kind of care is more appropriate?

Hormone therapy is not the right answer for every concern. Your clinician may recommend monitoring, additional evaluation, primary or specialty care, or another next step when that better fits the information reviewed.
